MARK KEETON

Mark is a Partner at gb². He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 22 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries.

He has been appointed and has testified as a quantum expert on numerous occasions on behalf of parties involving international arbitrations, Dispute Review Boards (DRBs), Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs) and independent expert determinations. This includes disputed sums of up to US$500 million, and for projects valued up to US$ 10 billion in relation to several high-profile matters.

Mark's experience encompasses a wide array of sectors which includes buildings involving residential, education and retail; resources involving oil and gas, coal-fired power plants, aluminium extraction and renewable; and transport and infrastructure involving aviation, defence and recreational. This experience was gained across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia.

Mark specialises in matters of quantity surveying and his expertise includes valuing damages and cost-based claims, variations, prolongation and disruption, termination and workforce related losses.
